Working with Captain Webspace

You should knowwhat you’re buying.

Tell us what the website needs to do. We’ll tell you what we’d build, what it costs, and how long it should take before you commit. Once we start, you see the work before launch day.

No polished brief needed. “I know this page isn’t working” is enough to start.

What happens next

First, we figure out the job.
Then we do it.

Start with the problem. We’ll ask the questions, then turn the answer into a job with a price and schedule.

01 Choose

Tell us what is going on.

Need a first site? Is the current one hard to use? Did a page or form stop working? Pick the closest service and tell us what you have noticed.

Send us
The site link, the goal, and any copy or images you already have.
Do not worry about
Naming the technical fix. That is our job.

02 Confirm

We tell you what we’d do.

We look at what you sent, ask the missing questions, and write up the job before we touch the site.

The write-up includes
The work, price, schedule, what we need from you, and when you review it.
Your call
Approve it, ask for a change, or decide it is not the right fit.

03 Make

You see the work before launch day.

We share working pages while there is still time to change them. You can point to what feels right, wrong, or missing.

When we need feedback
We tell you exactly what decision is on the table.
What helps most
One clear response from whoever has final say.

04 Finish

We check it, launch it, and hand it over.

Once you approve the work, we run the agreed checks and launch it or hand it over.

After launch
Full Website Build includes 30 days to correct issues within the agreed build. New work is a separate project.

What we need from you

You do not have to become the web person.

We need the facts about the business, the material you already have, and one person who can approve the work. We handle the website work listed in the scope.

From you

  • What you sell, who needs it, and what you want the site to help them do.
  • The copy, photos, logos, accounts, and examples you already have.
  • One clear response from the person with final say.

From Captain Webspace

  • The writing, design, development, repair, or automation included in the job.
  • Working pages you can see and comment on.
  • The agreed launch work, mobile checks, and handoff.

Before you send anything

A few practical questions.

The service page covers the exact price and scope. These answers apply to most projects.

What if my materials are unfinished?

Send them anyway. We’ll tell you what we can use, what is missing, and what must be ready before we start.

When do I know the final price?

Fixed-price services list their price on the service page. Custom projects get a written price after we review the intake and ask any follow-up questions.

How are revisions handled?

The scope says how many revision rounds are included. When we ask for feedback, send one clear response from whoever has final say.

How is website access handled?

Do not put passwords, API keys, or private customer data in the intake form. If we need access, we’ll arrange a safer way to share it and ask only for the permissions the job requires.

What happens after launch?

Full Website Build includes 30 days to correct issues within the agreed build. Maintenance, new content, and new features are separate unless the scope includes them.
